Risk Management Monitor
Use
The Risk Management Monitor helps you with specific tasks in Risk Management, such as aggregation or extracting data from the SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW). Its functions are integrated in the Balanced Scorecard Monitor.
Prerequisites
Prerequisite for aggregation: You have defined an aggregation hierarchy for your target systems.
Prerequisite for loading risk expectation values: You have extracted risk data to your SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW).
Features
Using Task Planning ® Plan Aggregation Task, you can run the report
UMR_RECALC_AGGREGATION to update all the aggregation values of risks in the aggregation hierarchy (see
Editing the Aggregation Hierarchy). In the report, you must specify the period interval for which aggregation is to be executed.
Using Task Planning ® Plan Loading of Risk Values you can use the program
UMR_RISK_EST_LOAD to load into your SEM system the risk expectation values that you extracted to the SAP BW (seeSEM Risk Controller in BW). You also define the target system, along with a period range and target period.
You can then use Task Planning ® Job Overview to go to a selection screen in which you can search for and display jobs.
You can also execute period end closing for your target system and
fix risk data so that the data cannot be changed.Activities
In the SEM menu, choose Strategic Enterprise Management ® Strategy Management ® Balanced Scorecard Monitor.
