Processing the Hit List
You executed a search for RE search requests or offered objects. The system displays the search results in a hit list, which you can process further.
You made the necessary settings in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) in the activities under Real Estate Search.
You executed a search. The system saves your search results, if you assign a given status to objects in the hit list.
· If you execute a search from an offered object, then you receive a hit list of potential prospects for the offered object.

Once you have edited and saved your selected hits, they appear in your hit list on the Find tab page of the object you are processing.
On the Find tab page, the system provides an overview of the statuses of prospects, where you can continue processing your personal list. For example, you can enter your own text, or choose an explanation for a certain status from a group.

The system synchronizes the statuses in different areas. If you create a contract offer for an apartment (offered object 675) for Pierre Dubois (RE search request 5), then the same status, Offer Created, appears on both objects (offered object and RE search request) on the Find tab page.
