Individual Reservations 

Use

Using this function you can reserve rooms or other real estate objects for a single date. To select a room for the reservation, you can filter the available reservation objects using various criteria.

You can also specify if you want to book additional services for the reservation, such as the use of audio-visual equipment. You can define the services that are available in each room in Customizing. Choose Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements ® Room Reservations ® Services for Reservations.

You can cancel a reservation that was already entered and charge a fee for the cancellation.

Integration

You can also reserve a reservation object at regular intervals over a set time period using the function for recurring reservations.

Prerequisites

You made all the settings described in Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements.

Activities

You create the individual reservation for a room in the RE Navigator. For more information, see Creating Individual Reservations.
