Move Planning 

Use

You can use this function to plan moves for persons who continuously occupy a reservation object over a long period, and you can then activate the move plan. You can also plan move-ins for persons, for whom continuous occupancy data is not already recorded (move-in only with no previous move-out), and move-outs for persons, for whom continuous occupancy data is no longer needed (move-out, but no new move-in). You can delegate responsibility for the moves of certain persons to other assignment planners.

Prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be met:

●      You made all the settings described in Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements.

●      For the people for whom you want to plan and activate the move, you entered continuous occupancy data on the reservation objects.
