Assigning Business Partner and Cost Center to
Each Other
You can assign a cost center to a business partner. The system automatically proposes this cost center when you create a reservation or a continuous occupancy.
You made all the Customizing settings described in Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements.
1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics ® Customer Service ® Service Processing ® Environment ® Organization ® Organizational Plan ® Organization and Staffing ® Create. Create a new organizational unit.
2. Below the new organizational unit, create a position by selecting the organizational unit in the tree and choosing Create.
3. Enter a master cost center for the position on the Account Assignment tab page.
4. Assign the business partner to this position. To do so, select the position in the tree and choose Assign.
