Team View
The team view calendar is a list-oriented color display of multiple employees’ time data over a period of your choice.
It provides a complete overview of the position and frequency of whole-day and several-day time entries for your entire team.
The team view is particularly useful for processing time data if:
· You require a quick overview of whole-day time data for your entire team
The different colors of the time data IDs enable you to quickly identify the position and frequency of different shifts and correct bottlenecks as required.
· You want to plan your team’s shifts and leave
The team view provides a quick overview of whole-day and several-day time data for your entire team. To simplify your planning, you can use a customer-specific Business Add-In (BAdI) to define separate columns and rows to display the additional information you require. This enables you to define rows with evaluations such as “Number of employees on leave.”
· You have to adjust your shift planning in line with your day-to-day operations
To simplify your operational planning, you may want to define a customer-specific row with evaluations such as “Number of employees sick” or a shift counter (an evaluation of how many early, late, and night shifts exist). For more information about customer-specific columns and rows, see the documentation for the following activities in the Implementation Guide for the Time Manager’s Workplace: Screen Areas -> Time Data -> Team View -> Create Customer Fields and -> BAdI: Fill Customer Fields.
