Installing BSC LaunchPad
Use
From the BSC LaunchPad (an HTML application), you can easily access WAS applications (for example, the Balanced Scorecard or the Management Cockpit) and any other Internet addresses. You can call them up directly from within the BSC LaunchPad.
Prerequisites
To start the applications, you must have activated the relevant services (see Displaying Applications in the Browser, section “Prerequisites”).
Installing BSC LaunchPad

1. In the SAP menu, choose Tools ® ABAP Workbench ® Overview ® Object Navigator.
2. Choose BSP Application in the selection field.
3. Enter BSC_LAUNCHPAD.

5. In the object list, choose BSC_LAUNCHPAD ® Pages With Flow Logic ® LaunchPad.htm.

Your default browser opens the BSC LaunchPad You have direct access to scorecard-specific functions, such as the scorecard hierarchy or scorecard display in a browser.
It is advisable to save the URL for the BSC LaunchPad in your “favorites”, to enable you to call up the BSC LaunchPad quickly.
Adding and Editing Entries in the BSC LaunchPad
The changes that you make here are user-specific. Other users’ view of the BSC LaunchPad is not changed by this.
Adding an Entry

1. In the BSC LaunchPad, choose Change.
2. Enter the name that you want to appear as the push button description.
3. Enter the URL. You can save WAS applications and any other URLs.
4. Save your entries.
