Infotype with the subtype 1 determines whether an employer needs to pay employer tax for the employee in Vienna.

 

The organizational assignment of an employee to a personnel subarea or employee group does not always provide information on the employment location that is relevant for the employer tax. You can use this infotype to uniquely determine at the employee level whether the employer must pay employer tax.

Structure

The infotype currently consists of the subtype 1: Employer Tax for the Municipality of Vienna.

Integration

You can use the infotype to override the employer tax liability using the organizational assignment, if the liability is not uniquely controlled by the WIENU feature.

Payroll evaluates the infotype and generates corresponding wage types. The report Employer Tax for the Municipality of Vienna (RPCUBSA0RA) uses the wage types to create lists that inform the employer of his or her liability to pay taxes.
