Searching for Reservation Objects 

Use

When creating a reservation, if you want to find an object that meets certain criteria (for instance, regarding location and equipment), you use the search function.

Procedure

       1.      In the Object group box, enter the location you want the reservation object to have based on the architectural hierarchy.

       2.      If you have requirements regarding the equipment available in the reservation object or the measurements of the object, then choose Equipment/Size and enter your requirements.

       3.      Start the search by choosing  Find with the quick info text Find Reservation Objects.

The system displays a list of the available reservation objects that meet the search criteria. You can select one these objects for your reservation. Using the various pushbuttons, you can also display details on the individual objects and possibly postpone your reservation, depending on the times when the object is already reserved.
