The applicant is defined as a business partner. Applicant criteria, that is criteria that are to be taken into account with a later assignment of a rental unit, are maintained within the partner management master data.

If an applicant is looking for different rental units (for instance with regard to fixtures and fittings, usage), you can assign several rental requests to the application.
