Partners for the Application

Caution

Only the partners preset by SAP in the delivery are listed!
Depending on the setting in Customizing, there may be fewer role categories set for selection.
Since you can also define further role categories of your company in Customizing, it can also be that additional role categories are available.
If you have defined role types for the role categories, the name of the role type appears instead of the name of the role category but the original functionality is the same.

Applicant

required for creating applications and offers for lease-outs; if you integrate an application into an offer, then the applicant is copied to the offer as partner;

Co-applicant

enables you to include additional persons as partners in the household of an applicant (for example, spouses, children); if you integrate an application into the offer, then the co-applicants are copied to the offer - depending on the settings in Customizing;

Note

Depending on the settings in Customizing, you can assign further partner roles to an application and copy these into an offer.
