Delegation of Move Planning 

Use

You can use this function to delegate the planning of moves for certain persons to other assignment planners. These assignment planners take over responsibility for persons assigned to you, whereby they assign them to target rooms and then release their part of the planning. Once all additional assignment planners have released their subplans, you can activate the move plan.

A move plan can be broken down in this way into almost any number of subplans. This means that a subplanner can delegate move planning for persons assigned to him or her to another subplanner, and that person can do the same, and so on. However, the higher-level planner is still authorized to make changes to the move plans of the persons assigned to him or her.

Prerequisites

You defined restricted authorization for the Assignment Plannerrole, so that additional assignment planners are allowed to process only the subplans that are assigned to them. In Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE), choose Business Partner ® Relevant Settings for Business Partner in RE Context ® Business Partner Roles ® Define BP Roles.
