Long-Term Seating Arrangements 

Use

Using this function, you can track continuous occupancy of reservation objects, meaning, for instance, you can record which of your employees occupy which offices. You can enter occupancy data for both internal and external employees, and you can do so for individual reservation objects or multiple reservation objects simultaneously. You enter a validity period when recording continuous occupancy of a reservation object. After the end of the validity period, the object is then available for a new occupant.

Prerequisites

You made all the settings described in Room Reservations and Long-Term Seating Arrangements. For external occupants, you also created an outline agreement.

Activities

You create continuous occupancy data for reservation objects using the RE Navigator. For more information, see Recording Continuous Occupancy of an Individual Reservation Object and Recording Continuous Occupancy of Multiple Reservation Objects.
