This version of SAP Best Practices for BI V1.31 was developed and tested for the following environment:

  • SAP ERP backend (EHP3 for SAP ERP 6.0)

  • SAP Best Practices Baseline packages for Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, UK, and USA, based on EHP3 for SAP ERP 6.0


    • It is also possible to use SAP Best Practices for BI V1.31 for the following environments:

  • SAP ERP backend (EHP3 for SAP ERP 6.0)

  • SAP Best Practices Baseline packages for English, German, Chinese, Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish language speaking countries based on EHP3 for SAP ERP 6.0


    • Please note that for the later mentioned environments, the financial accounting reports provided with the package (Financial Statement, GL Statement, and AP Open items) are not localized for the respective countries. Logistics reports will work as they are country-independent, but you might need to adapt the number/date formats to fit your country standards. Please read SAP Note 1319671 Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, the Dutch, Spanish, UK, and USA or SAP Note 1380143 for Italian, Korean and Russian for further details how to adapt the formats.

    SAP Best Practices does not render support if this SAP Best Practices Package is implemented in a system and software landscape different from the one it was designed for, nor do we support implementations with country specific customizing for other countries than the above mentioned. Especially we do not support issues resulting from changing the provided content.

    SAP is not responsible for any damage caused by adaptations of reports or caused by using this SAP Best Practices Package with any SAP ERP backend system containing any other versions of SAP Best Practices baseline package, be it different country versions or without any SAP Best Practices Package installed on.
