Where to Get Help

Before you install SAP Best Practices, certain SAP Notes must be implemented as described in the document Basic Documentation for Utilities.

It is possible that other problems become apparent after shipment of this SAP Best Practices version. An additional SAP Note exists to cover such eventualities. Before you start the building block installation process, check the latest version of the SAP Note below to obtain updates and corrections for problems that do not become apparent until after shipment.

If you do not find a solution for the problem this way, open a customer message specifying the right component:

• SV-SMB-AIO-BP-IN (for Baseline-related issues, all J** building blocks) or
• SV-SMB-AIO-BP-UTL (for Utilities-related issues, all U** building blocks).
