After you have installed and activated SAP Best Practices, review the key process flows with your team to see how well the Preconfigured Scenarios meet your needs.

Read the Business Process Documentation for each activated scenario. These documents contain step-by-step process descriptions. With sample master data, you can use the Business Process Documentation to explore the scenarios.

By using a fully running system, your team can more easily determine how well the preconfigured packages from SAP Best Practices meet your needs, and identify what needs to be adapted.

If SAP Best Practices is being used as a basis to accelerate your SAP implementation, your complete solution should be tested to ensure your specific requirements are covered and running well. During testing, you can use the List of Business Process Documentation to have an "all in one place" reference for all Business Process Documentation.
