Install SAP Best Practices for Logistics Service Providers

Using the SAP Best Practices Installation Assistant, you can install the complete SAP Best Practices for Logistics Service Providers easily and quickly. You can also choose to install individually selected SAP Best Practices scenarios. The installation process is guided by a step-by-step approach and is easy to understand. Large parts of the installation have been automated and can be run unattended.

Installation with default values and sample master data

The information needed to install SAP Best Practices with default values and sample data is included in the Quick Guide. The guide describes how to use the SAP Best Practices Installation Assistant for the quick installation of all, or selected, SAP Best Practices scenarios. The installation prerequisites must be fulfilled, as outlined in the Quick Guide. If you experience any problems during the installation process, please refer to the Error Handling section.

As in previous SAP Best Practices releases, the current release contains configuration guides that document the central settings of the predefined scenarios.

Installation with personalized data

Alternatively, SAP Best Practices allow a personalized installation where you can adapt selected values, such as central organizational data or master data, to meet your specific needs.

In this case, you can use the SAP Best Practices Personalization Assistant to adapt the variable parameters before starting the Installation Assistant and using the Quick Guide.
