Solution Scope
This document contains an overview of the scenarios and functions of SAP Best Practices for CRM. It explains the business purpose of each scenario and how the functions support business goals.
The section "Functional Scope - Supported Business Processes or Scenarios" contains a scenario-based view of the functions, and the "Functional Scope - Functions" section contains a view that is arranged according to groups of functions and is based on the relevant SAP Solution Map.

Solution Map
The Solution Map describes the subset of the functional scope of SAP CRM 2007 covered by SAP Best Practices for CRM.
It primarily provides the content of the section "Functional Scope - Functions" of the Solution Scope document in the standard SAP Solution Map format.
