Feedback Process

Your Feedback and Suggestions as Source for Improvement

SAP provides you with various possibilities to contribute to and influence the development of SAP Best Practices. Our goal is to offer a product that matches your needs as well as possible, so that you have an optimal starting point for the creation of a high quality solution. This is why your feedback and suggestions concerning SAP Best Practices are always welcome.

How to create a development request referring to SAP Best Practices

  1. Access the SAP Service Marketplace Rollin area.
  2. Choose the section "Create development request" (you need to be authorized to create a development request).
  3. In the "Classification" area, select SV-SMB-AIO (mySAP All-in-One) as relevant component.
  4. In the area "Personal classification by requestor", specify which category your development request refers to. The following categorization provides the keywords for your entry:
    • New coding in SAP software needed (additional functionality, e.g. in SAP R/3 module MM).
    • Extension of existing SAP Best Practices scenarios needed (i.e. additional preconfiguration and documentation for additional scenario process steps).
    • Extension of existing SAP Best Practices versions:
      • New business scenarios needed
      • Additional country versions needed
      • Additional sub-industries needed
    • New SAP Best Practices version needed for an industry not yet covered by SAP Best Practices.
    • Existing SAP Best Practices version should be upgraded for a new release.
Choose the category to which your development request belongs and enter the respective keywords. Please note, if your development needs fall into more than one category, create separate development requests for each area.

What will happen with your input?

SAP reviews all development requests and evaluates the relative frequency and importance of all requests on a regular basis. In some cases, we may contact you to ask for additional input, or we may invite you for a detailed rollin workshop. The future strategy and product characteristics will be decided on, based on final evaluation of all development requirements.
