Project Plan (ASAP Work Plan)
Definition
The Project Plan node of the Implementation Assistant contains links to several sample project plans, which you can click on in the Attachment area. These are ASAP Project Work Plans in MS-Project and Excel spreadsheet form. All phases, work packages, activities and tasks from the standard ASAP Implementation Roadmap are included in the sample project plans, in both MS-Project and Excel format.
In order to call up the Microsoft Project files you must first have installed MS-Project.
Use
You can use MS-Project to view the sample MS-Project files.
Structure
The attached MS-Project plans contain all Roadmap phases, work packages, activities, and tasks. A Gantt Chart is usually contained within this work plan to view timelines, dependencies and resources.
