Features

This iView lets the manager display an overview of the attendance status of employees assigned to his or her area of responsibility. Based on mySAP HR Time Management data, the iView lists the number of people at work, temporarily absent, or absent.

The data is displayed in tabular form. An appropriate status icon is used to depict the attendance status per day and employee. In the iView, you can display data for a specific month from the past, current, and next calendar year.

A link is stored in the status icon. If you click on the link, the Detail View Attendances (com.sap.pct.hcm.attendancedetail.default) iView is displayed in a separate window for the employee and the relevant day.

Integration

The Team Calendar iView allows you to display detailed information on individual employees for a selected day. The Detail View Attendances iView is displayed in a separate browser window.

Prerequisites

For general system prerequisites, see the Business Package.
